# Windows용 Teams 오디오를 번역할 수 없는 경우

Windows용 Teams의 오디오를 VoicePing에서 캡처하지 못하면 사용 중인 재생·녹음 장치에서 독점 모드를 꺼 주세요.

1. Windows의 **소리 설정**에서 **고급 소리 설정**을 엽니다.
2. **재생** 탭에서 VoicePing과 Teams에 사용하는 스피커 또는 헤드폰을 확인합니다. 상태가 **준비됨** 또는 **기본 장치**인지 확인하세요.
3. 대상 장치를 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하고 **속성**을 선택합니다.
4. **고급** 탭을 엽니다.
5. **독점 모드**의 모든 옵션을 끕니다.
6. **녹음** 탭에서도 사용하는 마이크 등 녹음 장치에 같은 설정을 적용합니다.
