# 協作工具（螢幕分享、文字編輯器等）

## 什麼是協作

您可以分享螢幕、使用白板說明概念、共同編輯會議紀錄，或同步觀看培訓影片。

## 螢幕分享

點選應用程式中央下方工具列的「螢幕分享」，可以選擇共享整個桌面或各個視窗。

選擇要分享的畫面或視窗後，點選「開始共享」（或按 Enter 鍵）。

### 在共享螢幕上繪畫

可以從共享螢幕物件左上角的各項，即時進行文字和畫筆書寫。

1. 點選共享螢幕左上角的畫筆圖示
2. 進行繪畫

### 在整個共享螢幕上繪畫

透過上述功能，使用者只能在共享的螢幕上繪畫。

但是，為了讓包括螢幕分享者在內的所有會議室成員都能看到共享螢幕上繪製的內容，可以在整個共享螢幕上繪畫。

1. 確認「停止共享」按鈕旁邊的畫筆圖示為紅色（白色時無法繪畫）
2. 進行繪畫

啟用畫筆後，會議室中的參與者都能看到共享畫面上的註記。

### 一鍵共享工作中的螢幕

1. 將滑鼠懸停在頭像上
2. 點選右起第二個圖示

## 遠端桌面

1. 請讓想要遠端操作的使用者共享其螢幕
2. 點選螢幕右上角的「遠端操作請求」按鈕
3. 點選「請求」按鈕

對方接受請求後，即可遠端操作其共享畫面。操作結束後，請由分享畫面的成員點選「解除遠端操作」。

## 文字編輯器

1. 將滑鼠懸停在應用程式中央下方工具列的「...更多」上
2. 從選單中點選「文字編輯器」
3. 文字編輯器出現，開始共享
4. 在文字編輯器中書寫
5. 可以匯出文字編輯器資料

  * 可以從文字編輯器物件頂部的列變更字型大小、顏色，以及使用列表、強調等功能
  * 文字編輯器支援即時同步編輯，可以看到誰在編輯

## 白板

1. 將滑鼠懸停在應用程式中央下方工具列的「...更多」上
2. 從選單中點選「白板」
3. 白板出現，開始共享
4. 在白板上繪畫

與文字編輯器一樣，白板支援即時同步編輯。可以從白板物件頂部的列進行文字和畫筆書寫（可變更顏色）。

協作中與其他成員使用白板時，可以看到彼此的滑鼠遊標。

## 資料復原（文字編輯器和白板）

可以復原已刪除的文字編輯器或白板。

1. 點選刪除文字編輯器或白板時左上角通知中的「復原」
2. 在樓層或會議室中確認復原的內容

## YouTube影片共享

1. 將滑鼠懸停在應用程式中央下方工具列的「...更多」上
2. 從選單中點選「YouTube」
3. 輸入要共享的YouTube影片連結
4. 開始共享影片

### 同時共享

可在會議室中同時放置多個共享物件。例如，可以一邊分享網站畫面，一邊使用文字編輯器整理資訊。
