# Floor Customization

You can customize the layout of your virtual office within the app.

## What is the Custom Layout Feature

The custom layout feature allows you to freely customize the floor layout of your virtual office. You can prepare your favorite image and use it directly as a floor image, or use materials such as chairs and tables to assemble them within the app.

## Creating a Layout

1. Click the hammer icon in the upper left corner of the floor
2. Select your favorite objects or backgrounds and place them on the floor (drag & drop or click the image)

<Note>
  * Text size and color can be changed from the toolbar
  * Object rotation, locking (preventing object movement), duplication, cropping, etc. can be done from the toolbar

### Upload Custom Objects

1. Click "Upload" under "Custom"
2. Select an image and upload it
3. Once uploaded as an object on the left side, drag & drop or click the image to place it on the floor

  You can also apply your favorite image as a background in the same way

### Delete Uploaded Custom Objects

1. Hover over the custom object
2. Click the trash icon
3. Click the "Delete" button

### Selecting Multiple Objects

1. Hold down the Shift key and click objects
2. Move the objects

### Enlarging and Reducing Objects

1. Click the object
2. Click on the corner of the object and move the mouse to adjust to the appropriate size

### Cropping Custom Objects

1. Select the custom object
2. Click the cropping icon (third from the right in the toolbar at the bottom center)
3. Click on the corner of the custom object and crop the appropriate area

### Undo and Redo Operations

Press \[Ctrl]+\[Z] simultaneously on the keyboard to return to the previous state.

## Applying to Office Space

1. Click the "Apply" button in the upper left corner
2. After the confirmation notification appears, click the "Cancel" button in the upper left corner

## Download Floor Image

1. Click the "Download" button in the upper left corner
2. Select a save location and save the image

## Upload Custom Background

1. Click "History" in the sidebar
2. Click the upload button under custom background and select an image

### Use Custom Background

1. Click "Background" in the sidebar
2. Select a custom background
3. Click the "Apply" button in the upper left corner of the floor
4. After the confirmation notification appears, click the "Cancel" button in the upper left corner

### Delete Custom Background

1. Click "History" in the sidebar
2. Hover over the custom background you want to delete
3. Click the trash icon in the upper right corner of the custom background
4. Click the "Delete" button

## Save Floor as Template

1. Click "History" in the sidebar
2. Click on a log
3. Click the "Save as Template" button in the upper left corner (or click "Set as Template" from the three-dot menu of the log)

### Use Template

1. Click "Background" in the sidebar
2. Click on a template
3. Click the "Use This Template" button in the upper left corner of the floor
4. Click the "Use" button
5. If you want to apply it to the office space, click the "Apply" button
6. Click the "Cancel" button in the upper left corner of the floor

### Delete Template

1. Hover over the template you want to delete
2. Click the trash icon in the upper right corner of the template
3. Click the "Delete" button

## How to Use Edit History

### View History

1. Click "History" in the sidebar
2. Click on a log
3. If you want to exit, click the "End Preview" button in the upper left corner of the floor
4. Click the "Cancel" button in the upper left corner of the floor

### Delete History

1. Click "History" in the sidebar
2. Click on the log to delete
3. Hover over the three-dot menu of the log
4. Click "Delete Version Information"
5. Click the "Delete" button
6. Click the "Cancel" button in the upper left corner of the floor

## Restore Floor

### Method #1: From Sidebar

1. Click "History" in the sidebar
2. Click on the log of the floor you want to restore
3. Hover over the three-dot menu of the log
4. Click "Restore This Version"
5. Click the "Restore" button
6. Click the "Apply" button in the upper left corner of the floor
7. Click "Cancel" in the upper left corner of the floor

### Method #2: From Floor

1. Click "History" in the sidebar
2. Click on the log of the floor you want to restore
3. Click the "Revert to This Version" button in the upper left corner of the floor
4. Click the "Restore" button
5. Click the "Apply" button in the upper left corner of the floor
6. Click "Cancel" in the upper left corner of the floor
