Open Meeting Logs

AI Summary Templates
Choose the template that best matches the meeting before generating or saving the summary.

Very short transcripts may not have enough content for AI Summary. Add more transcript content or select a longer meeting log before retrying.
Share Meeting Minutes
Use the sharing controls in the meeting log to choose one of these scopes:
- Participants only
- Specific users or groups
- All workspace members
You can also download transcript/translation files and share them outside VoicePing when your workspace policy allows it.
Edit Details
From the meeting log, you can rename the meeting, add tags, edit notes, change supported display languages, and update sharing scope.
Retention
Audio data on paid self-service plans is retained for up to 3 months. Meeting minutes and transcript logs are retained for up to 1 year. Web Meeting Bot or recording video, when available, is retained for up to 1 month. Managed Enterprise retention can differ by contract.
