What is Member Management

Member management is the feature for changing member roles (Owner, Manager, Member) and deleting members within a workspace.
Member management can only be performed by the workspace Owner or a Manager.

Opening the Member Management Screen

Click the “Manage Teams” icon (person icon) at the top-right of the VoicePing desktop app.

Changing Member Roles

Once the “Manage Teams” screen opens, select the “Manage Users” tab. The member list is displayed, and you can click the Role column for each member to select a role from the dropdown menu:
  • Owner — Workspace owner (full permissions)
  • Manager — Manager (administrative permissions)
  • Member — Member (standard permissions)

Changing the Owner

The current owner can transfer ownership by clicking the Role column of the target member and selecting “Owner.”
If you are the owner of multiple workspaces, you cannot change ownership. In that case, please first transfer ownership of the other workspaces to another member.

Deleting Members

Click the red delete button (X) on the right side of the member list to remove a member from the workspace.
