General Settings
Auto-Login on Computer Startup
You can set VoicePing to launch automatically when you start your computer.- Click the “General” tab
- Click the toggle button next to “Launch VoicePing automatically on computer startup”
In-App Display Language Settings
You can select the in-app display language from Japanese, English, or Korean.- Click the “General” tab
- Click the arrow next to “Display Language”
- Select a display language from Japanese, English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese
How to Update Desktop App Version
To update the desktop app version:- Select “Version”
Account Settings
Updating Email Address
- Select “Account”
- Click “Update” in the Email field
- Authenticate from the confirmation email sent to your mailbox
Changing Account Name
- Select “Account”
- Enter a new name in the Display Name field
Updating Password
- Select “Password”
- Enter old password and new password
Avatar Settings
Changing Avatar Image
You can change the avatar image displayed when your camera is off.- Click the pen mark icon in the top left of the profile
- Select an image
- If you want to make it larger or smaller than the automatically set size, move the mouse while clicking outside the circle to crop the image
- Click the “Upload” button
Changing Avatar Size
- Click the “Workspace” tab
- Click the arrow next to “User Avatar Size”
- Select a size
- Click the “Update” button
Changing Avatar Display Name
You can change your name displayed to the team.- Change “Display Name” to the name you want shown to the team
- Click the “Update” button
Display Avatar Name
- Click the “Workspace” tab
- Click the arrow next to “Balloon Text Size”
- Select a size
- Click the arrow next to “Display Name Text Size”
- Select a size
- Click the “Update” button
