Overview

Analytics is an AI-powered analysis tool that transforms your meeting transcripts into actionable insights. It helps teams understand communication patterns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Analytics offers two analysis perspectives:
  • Sales Manager — Talk ratio, filler words detection, and sales performance scoring
  • Product Manager — Word cloud, sentiment analysis, talk ratio, focused on understanding user satisfaction

Accessing the Feature

  1. Navigate to Business Intelligence in VoicePing
  2. Select or create a Project containing your meeting data
  3. Click the Analytics tab in the project dashboard

How to Use

Step 1: Select Your Perspective

Choose your analysis role at the top of the Analytics tab:
  • Sales Manager — Focuses on sales call performance
  • Product Manager — Focuses on user satisfaction and product feedback

Step 2: Create an Analysis Session

  1. Click Create Sales Analysis or Create PM Analysis
  2. Enter a session name (e.g., “Q1 Sales Calls Review”)
  3. Select the meeting transcripts to include in the analysis
  4. Click the button below to start processing

Step 3: Review Your Insights

Once processing completes, select your session from the session dropdown to view the analysis results.
