| How to Cancel | For plans ordered and paid for within the app, authorized customers must complete ordinary cancellation, stopping automatic renewal, or changing to Free through the app’s Billing screen. These ordinary requests and operations are not accepted or performed by email or replies to billing or notification messages. See the instructions. Separately agreed contract procedures, inability to complete the procedure due to Company system failures or bugs, and statutory termination or rescission are handled under Article 13 of the Terms of Service. |
| Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations | Returns and exchanges do not apply to this service. Cancellation is available through the prescribed procedure, but paid fees are generally not refunded for customer-convenience cancellation, withdrawal of an application, or non-use. Erroneous billing or failed cancellation caused by the Company’s system failures or bugs will be investigated and corrected or refunded without processing or handling fees. Refunds required by law are likewise exempt from these fees. Settlement for prohibited conduct, consumer protections, and exceptional voluntary refunds are governed by Articles 12 and 13 of the Terms of Service. |
