Every successful plan change or cancellation triggers a confirmation email from account@voice-ping.com.

The four moves

Every subscription change — PC or mobile — is one of four moves. Effective date, price today, and usage reset behavior are the same on either surface.

Fees are non-refundable once charged. If you cancel, your current plan stays active until the period ends — you can restore free any time before that.

How to Change Plans

1. PC

Open the Subscriptions tab: top nav → BillingSubscriptions.
  • From Free Plan — click the Upgrade Free Plan CTA.
  • From a paid plan — click Change Plan next to your current plan.
Pick the target plan:
  • Small / Premium / Enterprise — click Upgrade PlanPurchase → enter card.
  • Premium from Free — click 1-Week Free TrialStart Trial → enter card. Trial runs 1 week, then auto-charges.
  • Lower tier (downgrade) — pick the tier → confirm. Current plan stays active until the renewal date; the new plan applies from the next cycle.
Upgrade from the home screen
Prorated billing on upgrades. A new billing cycle starts on the upgrade date; the unused portion of the old plan is credited against the new price, and usage resets. The later in the period you upgrade, the smaller the credit — upgrading on the renewal date is cheapest. Downgrades apply at the next renewal; the renewal date stays unchanged.

2. Mobile

App Store policy: the upgrade and cancellation buttons only appear after all 60 free minutes have been used. Use the 60 minutes or change plan from PC.
Every plan change on mobile runs through Manage Plan in the Billing hub.

Open Manage Plan

Side menu → User SettingsBillingManage Plan (or tap Manage Plan on the Current Plan card). Toggle Monthly / Yearly (30% OFF) at the top. Tiers above current show Upgrade Plan; tiers below show Change Plan.

Upgrade — effective today

Tap Upgrade Plan on a higher tier. Banner: Upgrade now — your workspace will move to the new plan immediately. Today’s charge reflects the prorated difference. Pick an existing card or tap + Add new card, tick Terms / Privacy, then tap Confirm Plan Change.

Downgrade — effective next renewal

Tap Change Plan on a lower tier. Banner: Change plan on next renewal — your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Price today is ¥0 / $0. Confirm the same way as an upgrade.

3. Enterprise / Written / Electronic Contract Customers

See Contract Procedures and apply via this form with:
  1. Company name 2. Company address 3. Company phone 4. Contact person 5. Contract date 6. Current plan & desired plan

Cancellation / Trial End

1. PC

Top nav → BillingSubscriptionsChange PlanChange to Free Version under Free Plan → enter reason → confirm. Check the cancellation message on the Subscriptions screen.

Always confirm the cancellation message appears on screen. If you skip this step, cancellation is considered incomplete and no refund is possible.

2. Mobile

Cancel from Manage Plan in the Billing hub. Restore any time before the period ends.

Tap Cancel Plan at the top of Manage Plan

A sheet with a required reason list slides up. Pick one — the Cancel Plan button stays grey until a reason is selected.

Selecting Other requires at least 15 characters.

Tap Cancel Plan

Current plan banner changes to Scheduled to be canceled after this period ends; lower tiers show a Restore button. You keep the plan and its minutes until the renewal date.

Restore auto-renewal
Tap Restore on the current tier. Order confirmation reads Restore auto-renewal — your scheduled cancellation will be removed and billing will continue on the next renewal date. Price today is $0. Tap Confirm Plan Change and you’re back on a normal renewing subscription. Usage keeps its reset schedule.

3. Enterprise / Written / Electronic Contract Customers

The Subscriptions tab is not available for contract-based customers. Apply via this form with:
  1. Company name 2. Company address 3. Company phone 4. Contact person 5. Contract date 6. Contract plan type 7. Cancellation reason

Data Retention Notice

For Small and Premium Plan users, data past the retention period is deleted without prior notice:
  • Audio data — retained for a maximum of 3 months
  • Video recordings — deleted after 1 month; download in advance if you need longer retention
  • Long-term retention — paid customers can request retention until contract renewal; contact us to discuss
