VoicePing allows not only real-time translation but also transcription and translation of recorded audio and video files including existing MP3 and MP4 files.
The procedure is as follows.

Check Transcription & Summary

Step 1: Upload File

Navigate to the Caption tab in the top navigation bar. Drag the audio/video file to the area that says “Click or drag files here to add them”, or click to select the audio/video file.

Step 2: Settings and Upload

A settings panel will appear. Set the language of the audio/video file and the target translation language, then click upload.

If no target translation language is set, only transcription and summary will be performed.Multiple videos can be uploaded simultaneously.

Step 3: Wait for Processing

After upload, wait for the transcription and translation processing to complete.

Step 4: Check Results

When transcription and translation processing are complete, you can view the summary and media.
  • Summary: Click the title to view transcription and translation
  • Media: Click the “View Media” button to check the video along with transcription

Subtitle & Voice-over Embedding

Step 1: Select Translation

Click “View Media” and click the translation you want to see from “Translate”.

Step 2: Select Download Format

Once translation is complete, use the download buttons at the bottom to get the files you need:
  • Download Video: Download the original video file
  • Download SRT: Download the subtitle file in SRT format
  • Download Subtitle Video: Download the video with subtitles embedded
  • Download Dubbing Video: Download the video with translated audio dubbed over
Green buttons indicate the file is ready and can be downloaded immediately. Non-green buttons require processing time — click to start creation, then wait until the file is ready.
