What We Ask You to Provide

Process

Quotation & Agreement

Confirm your willingness to cooperate with the case study. The case study discount will be applied to your quotation.

Event Day

Please take photos (minimum 3) and video (1 clip) capturing the atmosphere and VoicePing in use.

Material Submission (within 1–2 weeks after event)

Send the photos, video, and company logo data via email.

Web Interview (2–4 weeks after event)

We will conduct an online interview of approximately 30 minutes. The schedule will be coordinated separately.

Article Publication

We will draft the article based on the interview and share it with you for review before publication.
